LithiumBank Resources Corp. (TSXV: LBNK) (OTCQX: LBNKF) has announced updates and near-term work plans for its Boardwalk and Park Place Lithium Brine Projects in Alberta, and its Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) pilot plant in Calgary.

LithiumBank’s Progress in Lithium Brine Projects

LithiumBank is advancing geological interpretation, resource development, and advanced engineering across its project portfolio. This includes the 10,000 L/day DLE pilot plant commissioning and brine testing from the company’s projects.

DLE Pilot Plant Operations

Over the coming months, LithiumBank will conduct DLE pilot campaigns with brine from its Boardwalk, Park Place, and Saskatchewan projects. Aiming for full commissioning in Q2, the pilot plant will enhance lithium recovery and efficiency.

Advancements in Boardwalk and Park Place

At Boardwalk, LithiumBank will extend a well for comprehensive data collection, aiming to upgrade the current mineral resource estimate. Meanwhile, Park Place works with SLB Ltd. to deliver an initial mineral resource estimate by May 2024.

2024 Sampling and Analysis

LithiumBank plans further brine sampling across its projects, utilizing environmental and financially efficient methods. Chemical analysis demonstrates the projects’ compatibility with the licensed DLE technology.

LithiumBank has also granted stock options to its directors and officers, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
