Lithium Royalty Corp. (TSX: LIRC) has signed a deal to buy a 1.5% gross overriding revenue royalty on M4E Lithium Ltda.’s land claims in Brazil for $1.5 million. This purchase increases LRC’s total royalties to 35.

M4E plans to drill 15,000 meters across vital targets by 2Q24, with preliminary drilling confirming high-grade spodumene presence. The company aims to announce a preliminary mineral resource by mid-2025, supported by LRC’s funding.
