Copper Road Resources Inc. (TSXV: CRD, OTCQB: SAGGF) and Sterling Metals Corp. (TSXV: SAG, OTCQB: SAGGF) reached an agreement on February 13, 2024, for the sale of the Copper Road Project. This 24,000-hectare project, in Batchewana Bay, Ontario, includes the historic Tribag and Coppercorp mines, and showcases several zones with confirmed mineralization.

Transaction Details

Sterling Metals Corp. will acquire a 100% interest in the project through a share purchase agreement, offering 49% of its issued and outstanding shares to Copper Road, plus cash payments totaling $460,000. Completion hinges on shareholder and TSX Venture Exchange approvals.
