Pan American Energy Advances Horizon Lithium Project with EarthEx Geophysical’s 2D Seismic Survey

Pan American Energy Corp. (CSE: PNRG) has engaged EarthEx Geophysical to conduct a 2D seismic survey at its Horizon Lithium Project in Nevada. This initiative aims to enhance lithium targeting for the upcoming Phase 3 drill program by identifying key fault zones.

Seismic Survey to Refine Drill Targeting at Horizon Lithium Project

On January 18, 2024, Pan American Energy Corp. announced the commissioning of EarthEx Geophysical for a 2D seismic survey at their flagship Horizon Lithium Project. The survey will support the planned Phase 3 drilling by mapping overburden thickness and fault lines, crucial for targeted drilling.

Technological Collaboration for Exploration Advances

CEO Jason Latkowcer states, ‘Selecting EarthEx Geophysical’s HVSR 2D seismic survey marks a key step in Phase 3 drill planning.’ The survey is expected to provide vital data to create a more efficient drilling strategy in collaboration with RESPEC Consulting Inc.

Initiatives to Optimize Resource Expansion

The Horizon Project will undergo a comprehensive geophysical survey to aid in the expansion of known mineral resources. Post-survey, RESPEC Consulting Inc. will assist with drill planning and obtaining permits for identified high-priority targets.

State-of-the-Art Geophysical Techniques at Work

The Tromino Passive Seismic Survey utilizes ambient Earth vibrations to discern overburden thickness, offering an innovative alternative to traditional methods and potentially expediting the exploration process.
