Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – November 15, 2023) – Q Battery Metals (CSE: QMET) (OTC Pink: BTKRF) (FSE: 0NB) has announced an exploration update on its La Corne South and Pontax Lithium Projects in Quebec.

The La Corne South project, north of Val d’Or, spans 10 kilometres along the La Corne Batholith. This area includes 14 lithium projects near the batholith’s margins, such as Sayona Mining’s North American Lithium mine, located just 11 km northwest.

Q Battery Metals’ Pontax Lithium Project, encompassing 5,376 hectares, lies in the James Bay region. It neighbors several prominent lithium ventures, including Patriot Battery Metals’ project and Stria Lithium’s properties.

Historic exploration data from the Quebec Sigeom database reveals 63 sediment samples collected near the Pontax property between 1974 and 2016. These samples were analyzed for pegmatite indicator minerals like lithium and cesium, which are key to locating LCT (lithium-cesium-tantalum) pegmatites.

Besides these Quebec projects, Q Battery Metals holds a 100% interest in other mineral claims in Quebec and British Columbia, targeting critical and precious metals.

The shares are currently trading at $0.02. For further details, contact Richard Penn, CEO, at 778-384-8923.
