Benton Resources Inc. Advances with Promising Drill Results on Great Burnt Property

Benton Resources Inc. (BEX.V) has announced partial assay results from its first drill program at the Great Burnt Copper Gold Project in Newfoundland. The company, in collaboration with Spruce Ridge Resources Ltd. (SHL), is working under an option agreement to earn a 70% interest in Spruce’s Newfoundland properties.

Drill Program Highlights

Benton’s initial and updated press releases on October 16 and November 1, respectively, reveal significant findings. Steve Balch, interim President and CEO, stated, ‘Benton’s exploration program has kicked off strongly, with plans to expand drilling further north at South Pond.’

To secure the 70% interest, Benton must invest $2.5 million in exploration over 36 months. Spruce will provide further insights on Benton’s results at the Annual General Meeting on November 30, 2023.
