Conducted by Knight Piesold Consulting, this 18-month evaluation marks a crucial step towards the project’s development.
Completion of Phase I Environmental Baseline Study
The Environmental Baseline Study covers hydrology, hydrogeology, soil quality, flora and fauna, landscape, and socio-cultural impact. It establishes an environmental baseline critical for the project’s development towards producing 15,600 tonnes per year of lithium carbonate.
Advancement to Phases II and III
The company is progressing to Phases II and III of the Environmental Impact Assessment. These phases will focus on basic engineering, detailed environmental impact assessments, and mitigation strategies. Stakeholder engagement remains a priority to ensure transparency with the local community.
