Manning Ventures Reports Up To 4.77% Copper at Copper Hill, Nevada

Manning Ventures Inc. (CSE: MANN; Frankfurt: 1H5) has announced geochemical results from rock samples at the Copper Hill Project in the Walker Lane Trend, southern Nevada, USA.

Elevated values were found in sample CHR-9, which returned 2.01% copper and 0.263 grams per tonne gold. Rock samples CHR-11 to CHR-13 from adjacent mine dumps returned 1.74%, 2.03%, and 4.77% copper respectively.

Copper Hill Project Sampling Results

Sample CHR-9, a chip over a 3 x 3 foot outcrop, returned 2.01% Cu, 0.298 ppm Au, and 2.00 ppm Ag. Samples CHR-11 to CHR-13 from mine dumps showed significant copper values, with CHR-13 reaching 4.77% Cu.

Quality Assurance

The rock sampling program included Certified Reference Material checks alongside the laboratory’s internal procedures.

Historic Sampling Data

Prior to the current exploration, 50 rock chip samples from historic mine dumps returned copper values from 10 ppm to 13.65% and gold from 0.005 ppm to 0.330 ppm. Data from the 2024 mapping program have been added to the database.

About Copper Hill

Located in the Walker Lane trend, Copper Hill hosts copper-gold-molybdenum mineralization in porphyry and skarn deposits. The property consists of 108 mineral claims covering 893 hectares, located 22 miles north of Hawthorne, Nevada.

Exploration History

Historically, Copper Hill produced high-grade copper from underground shafts. Between 1914 and 1926, approximately 1,000,000 pounds of copper were mined. Recent rock sampling has returned significant copper and gold values.
