Lithium Ionic Corp. (TSXV: LTH; OTCQX: LTHCF; FSE: H3N) announced the initiation of a 4,000-metre drilling program across four properties around its Bandeira Lithium Project. These properties, located 2 to 10 kilometers from Bandeira, include Afrodite, Phoenix, Apollo, and Gonçalves. This drilling effort targets lithium soil anomalies identified in 2022 and 2023.
Expanded Drilling Program at Salinas
Lithium Ionic has started a 30,000-metre drill program at its Salinas Lithium Project, situated in the Araçuaí Pegmatite District, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The goal is to expand and upgrade the current mineral resource estimate. Salinas, approximately 100 km north of the Itinga properties, initially reported an MRE of 5.86Mt grading 1.09% Li₂O in the Measured and Indicated category and 8.90Mt grading 0.97% Li₂O in the Inferred category.
