Bayridge Resources Corp. (CSE: BYRG) (OTC Pink: BYRRF) (FSE: O0K) has announced the engagement of Geotech Ltd. to conduct a helicopter-supported VTEM survey at its 11,142 ha Constellation uranium project in Canada’s Athabasca Basin region.

“This will be the first modern VTEM survey ever flown at Constellation,” said President & CEO, Saf Dhillon. “The survey is designed to delineate and define basement-hosted uranium targets across the property. Recent uranium discoveries by NexGen Energy Ltd. in similar geological settings have generated significant interest in the area,” he continued.

Constellation Project VTEM Survey

The Constellation project has favorable geology for basement-hosted unconformity-style uranium deposits. Regional geology and magnetics have identified structural lineaments trending NNW and ESE, which might represent conduits between the Archean granite inlier and graphitic metasediments mapped on the property. These structural zones often act as channels for hydrothermal activity. Historical airborne electromagnetic (EM) conductors, although under-explored, were also identified on the property.

Survey Objectives

The 2024 VTEM survey at the Constellation property aims to locate and define graphitic or hydrothermally altered zones. The survey results will help identify future exploration targets such as:

– Discrete conductive anomalies that could indicate fault-controlled graphitic zones
– Fault zones or other structures that might control pathways for uranium mineralization

Bayridge’s Interest in Constellation

Bayridge is earning up to an 80% interest in Constellation through cash payments, share issuances, and exploration expenditures over the next four years. The Constellation project is located 60 km southwest of the Key Lake Mine and is accessible via helicopter or float plane, with potential winter road access from Highway 914.

Qualified Person Approval

R. Tim Henneberry, P.Geo. (BC), a Consultant and Advisor to the company, is the Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101 who has reviewed and approved the technical content of this release.
