Q2 Metals Corp. (TSXV: QTWO) (OTCQB: QUEXF) (FSE: 458) has announced the completion of its Winter 2024 Drill Program at the Mia Lithium Property in Quebec, capturing significant spodumene-mineralized intervals.
Winter Drill Program Highlights
The program achieved drilling of 20 holes over 3,085 metres, especially noting holes MIA24-033 and 036 at the mineralized zone’s heart with spodumene-mineralized core intervals of 19.0 and 23.7 metres, respectively.
Program Success and Future Plans
Q2 Metals VP Exploration, Neil McCallum, expressed satisfaction with the findings, highlighting the spodumene mineralization confirmation. The company looks forward to further exploration and mapping in summer to gauge the property’s full potential.
The Winter Drill Program started on January 18th, targeting the Mia Trend’s western end, successfully evaluating a significant portion that had been previously explored at the surface.
Upcoming Assay Results and Convention Participation
Assay results for 31 drill holes from the fall 2023 program are pending. Additionally, Q2 Metals is set to attend the 2024 PDAC Convention in Toronto.
