Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSX.V: LMR) has announced an amendment to its Option Agreement with Critical Elements Lithium Corporation. Both parties will adjust the second option, allowing Lomiko to increase its Bourier project stake from 49% to 70%. The project sits in Quebec’s Eeyou Istchee James Bay territory, totaling 10,252.20 hectares.
Lomiko must fulfill a series of commitments by December 31, 2025, including a $250,000 cash payment, the issuance of 2,500,000 common shares, a $2,000,000 exploration expenditure, and delivering a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate.
