E3 Lithium (ETL.V) has announced the appointment of Robin as the Director of Investor Relations, tasked with managing investor relationships and leading the company’s capital markets outreach. Robin will also oversee external communications, reputation, and brand management.
Paul Godley joins as Senior Director, Project Execution, bringing nearly two decades of engineering and project management expertise. With a history of leading significant capital infrastructure projects, Paul’s role will focus on the execution and delivery of E3 Lithium’s inaugural commercial facility, in alignment with the ongoing Pre-Feasibility Study.
Chris Doornbos, President and CEO, expressed enthusiasm for Robin’s proven relationship-building skills and strategic approach, as well as Paul’s project execution acumen. Both appointments are pivotal as E3 Lithium advances its operations.
In line with the September 12, 2023, announcement, E3 Lithium has engaged Meadowbank Strategic Partners for investor relations support, with the arrangement subject to regulatory approval and TSX Venture Exchange policies. Meadowbank will receive CAD$5,000 monthly, with an initial two-month retainer.
E3 Lithium, with 16.0 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) Measured and Indicated and 0.9 million tonnes LCE Inferred, aims to produce high-purity, battery-grade lithium. The Clearwater Lithium Project boasts an NPV8% of USD 1.1 Billion and a 32% IRR pre-tax, positioning E3 Lithium to contribute significantly to the electrical revolution from a prime jurisdiction.
