Matthew DeYoe, a former research director at Bank of America, is joining Sigma Lithium as the Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs and Strategic Development. His role will enhance Sigma Lithium’s engagement with global investors and maximize the value of its common shares listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.

Sigma Lithium is also strengthening its environmental team with the appointment of Alexandre Mattos as Environmental Director. Alexandre brings 18 years of experience from Kinross Mineração Brazil, overseeing various critical areas including environmental controls, biodiversity preservation, and water resources.
