Argentina Lithium & Energy (AL) has successfully secured major lithium properties across Argentina. The Canadian company has completed option agreements for 25,400 hectares in its Rincon West, Pocitos, and Antofalla North Projects. Key Property Acquisitions Strengthen Holdings
The recent investments confirm Argentina Lithium & Energy‘s ownership over 22 high-potential properties following extensive drilling and geophysical evaluations.
Antofalla Salar Acquisition
The company finalized acquiring three concessions totaling 5,380.5 hectares. The agreement concluded with a final payment of US$ 3.2 million and a 2% net smelter royalty upon production.
Pocitos and Rincon Salar Secured
In Salta Province, eleven contiguous properties at Pocitos Salar and Villanoveño II at Rincon Salar were secured at US$ 4.2 million and CA$ 700,000 in shares, with no further royalties.
Ramos Properties Added
The final acquisition of five mining concessions at Pocitos Salar, totaling 1,762 hectares, was completed with a payment of US$ 550,000 and includes a 1% net smelter royalty upon production.
“These acquisitions solidify our position as a key player in the lithium sector,” Argentina Lithium & Energy stated.
