Argentina Lithium & Energy (ARGT) has secured key lithium properties in Argentina, acquiring nearly 25,400 hectares of rich lithium land across Rincon West, Pocitos, and Antofalla North Projects.

Argentina Lithium Expands Its Portfolio with Strategic Acquisitions

The Canadian company has successfully finalized options for 22 high-potential properties. This move solidifies its stake in the lithium sector, driven by strong drilling and geophysical assessments.

Antofalla Salar Acquisition

Argentina Lithium completed the purchase of three mining concessions at Antofalla Salar, totaling 5,380.5 hectares. The acquisition was concluded with a final payment of US$ 3.2 million, securing ownership with a 2% net smelter royalty applicable upon production.

Pocitos and Rincon Salar Properties

In Salta Province, the company secured multiple mining concessions, including eleven contiguous properties at Pocitos Salar and Villanoveño II at Rincon Salar. The transaction was valued at US$ 4.2 million plus CA$ 700,000 in shares, concluding with full ownership and no royalties.

Ramos Properties Acquisition

The company also finalized the purchase of five mining concessions totaling 1,762 hectares at Pocitos Salar. The deal was sealed for US$ 550,000, with a 1% net smelter royalty to apply upon production.
