Andrada Mining Ltd (AIM:ATM, OTC:AFTTF) has announced a significant new partnership with Chile-based SQM, a global leader in lithium chemical production, to develop its Lithium Ridge prospect at Uis in Namibia.

CEO Anthony Viljoen emphasized the importance of this partnership, describing it as the most substantial in the company’s history. Collaborating with SQM brings both financial and technical resources, propelling Andrada’s lithium strategy and enhancing the value of its Namibian assets.

“The financial support and expertise from SQM, especially given their experience in Australia, are expected to fast-track our development timeline,” stated Viljoen. The agreement includes the formation of a joint technical committee to foster close cooperation between the companies.
