Moonbound Mining Ltd. (CSE: MML) has provided an update on the Norrabees Lithium Project in Northern Cape, South Africa.

Moonbound Mining Expands Exploration

Moonbound Mining has raised CAD$8.6M to advance the Norrabees Lithium Project through exploration activities and strategic initiatives. Ongoing efforts include a hyperspectral survey, soil sampling, and trenching, confirming all 51 mapped historical pegmatites.

Lithium Pegmatite Exploration

Chief Geologist Dr. J Hattingh is preparing a drill campaign to supplement historical results, with notable findings including 20m at 2.14% Li2O. Metallurgical testing on an existing stockpile has identified potential for a salable spodumene concentrate.

Discoveries and Testing

Surface mapping and trenching since March 2024 revealed unknown stockpiles at Norrabees, increasing the potential lithium resource. Tests are underway to assess lithium concentration.

Acquisition of Continental Lithium

Moonbound Mining plans to finalize acquiring Continental Lithium Africa, expanding its high-grade lithium assets. The company aims for a multi-asset lithium portfolio in Africa.

Exploration Campaign at Norrabees

The Norrabees project, situated in a 167,000-hectare pegmatite field, is undergoing intensive exploration. Initial reports show strong lithium mineralization in identified pegmatites.
