Epsilor Electric Fuel has delivered its first series of 6T lithium-ion batteries to Hanwha Defence Australia for integration into the Australian Army’s Redback infantry fighting vehicles. This milestone is pivotal in the local build phase of the LAND 400 Phase 3 program. The COMBATT 6T batteries support advanced vehicles and defense systems, highlighting Epsilor’s dedication to innovation. According to Merav Kolody Shubeli, Epsilor’s sales and marketing director, the demand for high energy density batteries is growing globally, expanding opportunities for Epsilor worldwide. Epsilor’s president, Ronen Badichi, noted the partnership with Hanwha Defence Australia as a testament to their technological prowess.

The new battery, marked ELI-52526-DM, holds the highest energy density on the market. Tests include bullet penetration and extreme temperature performance. Epsilor designs its products to support demanding military environments, ensuring reliability under stress.
