Lithium Production Plans near Altenberg

Zinnwald Lithium GmbH (ZIN) plans to develop one of Europe’s largest lithium mines near Altenberg by 2030. This project aims to produce sufficient lithium annually for approximately 600,000 car batteries. The initiative receives backing from the German government and the state of Saxony.
