Epsilor Delivers Lithium-Ion Batteries for Redback IFVs

Epsilor Electric Fuel, a renowned battery manufacturer, has delivered its first 6T series lithium-ion batteries to Hanwha Defence Australia. These batteries will be integrated into the Australian Army’s new Redback infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs).

Hanwha Defence Australia, a subsidiary of Hanwha Aerospace, signed a major contract with the Australian government in 2021. The agreement includes manufacturing both the Huntsman and Redback vehicles at their new facility in Victoria, Australia.
