Karen Lloyd, with a background in strategy, marketing, and operations, has been appointed Chair of the Board. Lloyd has extensive experience across industries such as mining, telecommunications, and banking. She previously managed a team that generated significant uranium sales for Cameco Corporation. Lloyd joined Kreos Aviation as COO in April 2021, handling asset management, flight operations, and business development.

Shane Shircliff, who has over 20 years of experience in senior management and corporate development roles, has been appointed to the CanAlaska Board. Shircliff has expertise in mergers, acquisitions, and negotiating significant deals. He led various resource projects and is the founder and CEO of Clinworth Management Corp.

Ambassador Thomas Graham Jr. has been a strong member of CanAlaska’s Board for 18 years. He is recognized as a leading expert in nuclear non-proliferation and has served under four U.S. Presidents. Graham Jr. played a critical role in negotiating major international arms control agreements. He will remain with the Board as Chair Emeritus.
