Capella Minerals Ltd (TSXV: CMIL) (OTCQB: CMILF) (FRA: N7D2) announces the termination of its asset sale agreement with Polar Transition Minerals AS for its central Norway copper assets. The agreement, initially announced on October 17, 2023, had a final termination date of July 7, 2024.
Capella Regains Full Ownership of Copper-Cobalt Projects
Eric Roth, Capella’s President and CEO, stated that while both companies share a strategic vision, they decided it was best to terminate the agreement and move forward independently. Capella now holds a 100% interest in its high-grade copper-cobalt projects in the Løkken and Røros mining districts.
Future Plans for Capella’s Norwegian Projects
Capella will advance its projects with a particular focus on drill-ready targets at Åmot and Hessjøgruva. These projects are located in the Trøndelag Province and include the Hessjøgruva copper-cobalt project and adjacent Kongensgruve and Kjøli projects in the northern Røros district.
