Grid Battery Metals Announces Phase 3 Exploration at Clayton Valley Lithium Project

Grid Battery Metals Prepares for Phase 3 Exploration

Grid Battery Metals Inc. (TSXV: CELL, OTCQB: EVKRF FRA: NMK2) has announced the commencement of Phase 3 of its exploration plan at the Clayton Valley Lithium Project near Silver Peak, Nevada. The exploration includes a four-hole drill program scheduled for September 2024.

Soil Sampling and Geophysics Results

The infill soil sampling, overseen by Rangefront Geological and Qualified Person Steven McMillin P.G., is now complete. The results from the assay lab will inform the next steps in the exploration.

Proposed Drill Locations

The team has selected three drill holes in the southern part of the property based on geophysics and soil sample data indicating possible lithium accumulation within claystone and brine. A fourth hole in the north shows a low-resistivity anomaly despite lacking a significant soil signature.

Comments from the Leadership

Tim Fernback, President & CEO, expressed enthusiasm about the results and the upcoming drilling program. He emphasized the importance of the soil sampling, geophysical survey programs, and 3D Leapfrog model in identifying drilling targets.
