Global Energy Metals Secures Uranium Royalty in Saskatchewan Projects
Global Energy Metals Corporation (TSXV:GEMC) | (OTCQB:GBLEF) | (FSE:5GE1) has announced a significant update concerning their strategic moves in the clean energy sector. The company finalized an agreement with Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. and Fulcrum Metals Plc.
As part of this agreement, Global Energy will be compensated with C$150,000 worth of shares in Terra Balcanica and granted a 0.5% NSR (Net Smelter Return) royalty over the Saskatchewan-based uranium project portfolio on closing.
Portfolio Overview and Uranium Discovery Potential
The project portfolio, located in northern Saskatchewan, Canada, targets highly prospective ground for uranium discoveries. The portfolio encompasses 596.71 km² and is known for significant uranium showings and historical small-scale mining.
