Power Nickel Discovers High-Grade PGM Zone Near Nisk Deposit

Power Nickel Inc. (TSX-V: PNPN) (OTCBB: PNPNF) (Frankfurt: IVV) has announced the expansion of its near-surface, high-grade Cu-Pt-Pd-Au-Ag zone, located 5km northeast of the Nisk Deposit. The discovery hole revealed over one oz/tonne of combined platinum and palladium over 7.75 metres.

Expansion of High-Grade Zone

Following the Wildcat high-grade PGM intersection, Power Nickel hit the targeted mineralized zone with five additional drill holes. These results suggest a potential 300 m extension below surface and 200 m laterally, with the zone remaining open in all directions.

Drill Program Insights

Earlier drills successfully intersected a chalcopyrite-rich zone. Recent drilling efforts have highlighted significant thickness increases to the east, suggesting the zone’s extension in all directions.

CEO and VP Exploration Comments

CEO Terry Lynch and VP Exploration Kenneth Williamson have expressed excitement over the discovery’s potential to add valuable PGE mineralization to the Mineral Resource Estimate, expected to update in H2 2024.
