Caprock Mining Corp. (CSE: CAPR) has announced the appointment of Mr. Okunola Joshua Aina as its Chief Financial Officer, effective today.

Caprock’s New Financial Leadership

Mr. Aina brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience to Caprock. Initially starting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he has held key roles within a variety of companies, spanning multiple sectors. His expertise includes financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic improvement processes. Alongside his new role at Caprock, Mr. Aina also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Jubilee Gold Exploration Ltd. Notably, his career highlights include leadership positions at General Electric in West Africa and a significant finance role at a private agri-tech corporation.

Mr. Aina is recognized as a Chartered Professional Accountant by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and holds an Associate Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos.

Following Mr. Aina’s appointment, Mrs. Amy Stephenson has resigned as CFO of Caprock, effective immediately. The company extends its gratitude towards Mrs. Stephenson for her contributions.
