Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSX.V: LMR) has announced an amendment to the agreement terms with Critical Elements Lithium Corporation on the Bourier Lithium Project, alongside a series of investor events.

Amendment to Bourier Project Agreement

Lomiko now has until December 31, 2025, to increase its interest in the project from 49% to 70%. This involves a payment of $250,000, issuance of 2.5 million Lomiko shares, a commitment of $2 million in additional exploration expenditures, and delivering a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate by the end of 2025.
