Coniagas Secures Conditional Listing on TSX Venture Exchange

Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. (TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF) (Frankfurt:4T9B) has announced that its subsidiary Coniagas Battery Metals Inc. has obtained conditional listing from the TSX Venture Exchange. This move is a significant step in the plan of arrangement for distributing Coniagas shares and warrants to Canada Silver Cobalt shareholders.

Coniagas will soon apply to the British Columbia Supreme Court for final order approval.
